Station Relay
A field-instrument rotation board that makes every workshop handoff visible before the room starts moving.
The problem
Facilitators running small hands-on workshops often improvise rotations as a verbal instruction or quick grid. That makes repeated stations, collisions, and the next physical handoff harder to see while a room is already moving. Station Relay keeps the bounded operating loop causal: enter two to eight participants and stations, reject duplicate or over-capacity rosters, stage a deterministic cyclic schedule, turn through each round on a registration-mark orbit, and copy the exact visible order as a plain-text run sheet. The arithmetic guarantees one visit per participant per station when participants do not exceed stations, but it deliberately does not model attendance, accessibility, safeguarding, skill, equipment safety, room distance, or variable durations. Names stay in the tab; there is no upload, account, persistence, paid API, tracking SDK, email, payment, advertising, or destructive operation. Production deployment dpl_BL69sQKHpA9fdBjYpHajjyeD8zg8 reached READY before independent Foundry harness checks proved HTTPS markers and the seven-step roster-to-copy interaction at the stable alias.

Key decisions
Make the handoff the diagram
The SVG is not decorative illustration. Every colored spoke binds one participant to one station, and turning the semantic round dial physically reroutes those lines while the textual assignment list updates from the same state.
Use a proof-sized cyclic rule
For bounded rosters, participant i visits station (i + round) modulo station count. The interface rejects over-capacity input instead of silently doubling a station, and it avoids claiming broader constraint optimization.
Keep the facilitation claim narrow
Station Relay plans equal-duration one-person station visits only. It does not assess attendance, accessibility, safeguarding, skills, station capacity, travel time, equipment safety, or room suitability, and it asks the operator to verify the physical setup.
Use one asymmetric Operate bench
Ruled field stock, ink-blue operation space, signal-orange actions, acid station markers, registration geometry, condensed signage, Georgia guidance, and Courier evidence create roster-to-orbit-to-handoff causality without feature tiles, center stacking, blur, icon toppers, or dashboard data slop.
Bound the release environment
The first current-dependency build exhausted host threads after compilation and typechecking. A checked-in two-worker Next.js cap completed the local production build and the Vercel build without bypassing tests, lint, typechecking, audit, or behavior checks.
